You want to become a member?


"Any person of at least 18 years of age, regardless of nationality, sex, religion or political or social affiliation, may become a member, if he accepts the statutory provisions, associate members (holders) supporting members and honorary members. Minors between 14-18 years may become supporting members, only with the written consent of the parents or legal representatives, who, after reading the statute, give their written consent to this effect."

Art. 42 Members' rights


a. To be elected in decision-making positions (except for supporting and honorary members);
b. The right to information about the activities and events of the Organization;
c. To be supported in the professional activity related to the purpose of the Organization;
d. The right to access the library and resources on the Organization's website;
e. To receive merit awards or diplomas for outstanding results in the activity;
f. To benefit from free consultancy offered by OIDO counselors;
g. To benefit from facilities offered by the organization following the volunteer activity;
h. The right to elaborate and propose project ideas to the Board of Directors;
i. The right to be elected as censors, if they have the necessary skills and abilities;
j. To participate in training courses, events and activities of the Organization.

Art.43 Obligations of the members


a. To know and respect the Statute and the Regulation of Functioning and Organization;
b. To actively participate in the activities of the Organization and to make known its purpose and objectives;
c. To respect the decisions adopted by the management bodies;
d. Payment of the annual fee (except for members who contribute through voluntary work, honorary members, people with disabilities and those with social cases);
e. Not to abuse the position and not to damage or defame the image of the Organization;
f. To observe the conditions established by the Board of Directors and the provisions of the present Statute.
g. If you agree with the above provisions, start by making a request to the President of the Organization, requesting registration in the Organization as a member (associate or supporter).

According to art. 47, para. a, of the Statute, you must pay to the Bank in no. account value of the Organization the amount of 25 € (110 lei) representing the registration fee / application analysis.

Send the request either by Post to OIDO-ROMANIA CP 42 OP 1 Constanta 900669, or scanned to the e-mail address: oidocentral@yahoo.com accompanied by proof of payment of the registration fee and copy of CI or passport. Applicants who do not have an identity card or passport will submit a photocopy of their birth certificate or driving license.

After your Request has been reviewed, you will receive your Membership, which you will complete clearly, legibly, in capital letters and without errors. In the "department" section, fill in exactly the department you want to be part of. You can only opt for one department.

Art.47 Consulting fee and member fee


a. € 25 consulting and analysis fee for application, file, petition or memorandum for non-members;
b. 50 € per year fee for minors students aged 14-18 Romanian;
c. € 100 per year contribution for individuals, Romanian students and minor foreign students;
d. € 200 per year membership fee for individuals, PFI, II, AF, foreign and Romanian students with jobs abroad;
e. € 500 per year companies, companies, associations, foundations, churches, businessmen, from the country.
f. 1000 € per year companies, companies, associations, foundations, churches, businessmen, from abroad.
g. In case of non-payment of the membership fee, after 30 days, the outstanding members lose the right to free consultancy.

-Payment of the registration fee and the fee is made in the OIDO ROMANIA account IBAN code: RO18BRDE140SV69784171400 lei or through the online service at the Post Office no. 1 Constanta

-Depending on how you choose to register according to the statutory provisions after you have prepared the registration file, make sure that you have paid the taxes / fees / financial contributions.

-Within 30 days from the sending of the File (the period in which the Board of Directors verifies the authenticity of your documents, you will be approved as a supporting member or associate / active of OIDO.

-For issuing the membership card, a clear color photo will be sent, not older than 1 year.

-People who opt for the positions of Chief Territorial Office Counselor or Branch President, will have to add to the File, Criminal Record and proof from the family doctor stating that the applicant does not suffer from mental illness (apt) photocopies Europass study documents CV etc.

-After registering, check if there is a Territorial Office or an authorized representative of OIDO in your place and get in touch with him in order to get involved in the activities / projects of the Organization.

-If there are no representatives in your city, you will have to wait until the Territorial Office or Branch is set up, and until then (optional) you can request for free the Course «HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER»

The registration file contains the following documents:


1. Written request (application)
2. Completed membership
3. Copy of ID card, passport or driving license
4. Proof of payment of the registration fee
5. Proof of payment of membership fee
6. Bust color photo not older than 1 year
7. Criminal record (only for associate advisers, inspectors, Coordinators) except for supporting members.
8. Medical proof (only for associate inspectors, advisors and coordinators)
9. Xerocopy of all documents regarding secondary or higher education
