THE STATUTE OF THE ORGANIZATION

CHAPTER 1. NAME, GOAL, JURIDICAL NATURE, OFFICE AND DURATION

Art.1The International Organization of Human Rights is an international nongovernmental organization, the general public interest, nonprofit, apolitical, which aims to: promote and defend fundamental rights and civil liberties, political, socio-economic and cultural rights under the Universal Declaration of UN and improve the level of family life, providing protection and health, job, shelter and a clean environment, according to international standards and fulfillment of the aspirations of human beings.

Art.2 The name of the association is: ORGANIZATIA INTERNATIONALA A DREPTURILOR OMULUI (INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS), it can use short OIDO (IOHR) and was founded in 2009 in Constanta, being constituted by a float, to which were added other partners, signatories.

Art.3 IOHR are legal for private law, under the law and is established by evidence of demand for availability of name with the number 65096 issued by the Ministry of Justice - Legal Services Department for connections - Relations and cooperation with NGOs Bucharest.

Art.4 To achieve the goal or OIDO is based on the following provisions:

-The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture.
-European Court of Human Rights ECHR) established on 18 march 2005.

Art.5 IOHR will work with individuals, legal, ethnic communities, educational institutions and, churches, foundations, unions, federations, businesses, societies and other organizations in Romania, the EU and the world to be part as procedural active in their activities regarding the protection of human rights and experience exchange in all fields that are related to the purpose and vision of the Organization.

CHAPTER II. OBJECTIVES, ACTIVITIES AND OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Art.12 The main objectives of the Organization are:
a) Promote the rights and fundamental freedoms under the Universal Declaration.

f) Establishing relationships with other similar organizations in the country and abroad;

Art.14 Operating principles of the Organization are:

CHAPTER III. BODIES OF ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL

Art.15 General Assembly is the supreme leadership of OIDO, consists of all members, leaders and the Board of Directors.

Art.23 President provides executive leadership of the organization is chaired by the Secretary, in accordance with decisions of the General Assembly and Board of Directors.

Art.35 Regulation of organization and functioning of the Organization.

CHAPTER IV. MEMBERS

Art.42 Rights of members

Art.43 Obligations members:

Art.44 Loss of membership and its recovery:
a) voluntary withdrawal, making application in writing or electronically addressed to the President

CHAPTER V. REVENUES AND RESOURCES

Art.45 The OIDO consists of movable and immovable, cash and securities received from various individuals and companies in the country or abroad.

Art.46 revenues come from the Organization:
a) Fees for consulting applications, files, petitions or memoranda
b) contributions and donations of members,
c) interest and dividends arising from the placing of amounts available under the laws
d) Revenues from direct economic activities,
e) obtained from the Resources budget state and / or local budgets;
f) Donations and sponsorships received from individuals and companies in the country or abroad;
g) Other income stipulated by law.

Art.47 consultancy fee and levy is set by the Board as follows:
a) 25 fee € consulting and analysis application, file, memorandum or petition for non-members,
b) 50 € per year subscription minor students aged between 14-18 years romanian
c) 100 € per year contribution individuals, students and children of foreign students
d) 200 € per year contribution individuals PFI, II, AF, and Romanian foreign students with jobs abroad,
e) 500 € per year business companies, societies, associations, foundations, churches, business people, in the country.
f) 1000 € per year company, company companies, associations, foundations, churches business outside.
g) If payment levy, after 30 days, the remaining members lose the right to free advice.

Art.48 All income must be used only for:
a) Sponsoring administrative staff (president, secretary, accountant and administrator)
b) Payment services provided by vice-presidents, advisers, inspectors, reporters and contributors,
c) Payment of rents, rates, utilities and other expenses of the Organization,Activities, purpose and objectives stipulated in this Statute and the purchase of goods necessary for carrying out activities in statutory conditions;

Art.49 and legatele Donations can be money, property, copyright, shares, securities or other rights if they are free of any task, they were recorded.
Art.50 financial year beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31, financial management is held accountable to and controlled by the auditor / audit committee. Organization may have accounts in lei and currency in the country and abroad, under the law.

CHAPTER VI. BRANCHES

Art.51 A branch consists of at least 10 members, with leadership and its own legal personality, and is in accordance with the decision of the General Assembly and the legislation in force.

Art.52 Each branch will open vira a monthly rate of 20% of income Headquarters.

Art.53 Management body of the subsidiary are: General Assembly President and the Board.

CHAPTER VII. RELATIONS WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

CHAPTER VIII. Dissolution and liquidation

Art.59 Dissolution shall be by decision of the General Assembly by a majority of 2 / 3 members of the court to decide the dissolution as the court jurisdiction in which the organization has sediul.Conform GO nr.26/2000 supplemented and modified by Government Ordinance no. 37din 30 January 2003.

Art.60 net assets resulting award will be directed to a legal non-profit activity object with identical or close to the Organization.

Art.61 Validation Organization is authorized by the liquidation under the law accordance with Articles 61 to 72 of GO nr.26/2000 completed and modified by GO Nr.37 of Jan.2003.

CHAPTER IX

Art.62 The FINALwill be included in the National Register of Legal Persons without patrimonial purpose under art.73, 74 and 75 of the GO nr.26/2000 supplemented and modified by GO nr.37din 30 January 2003.

Art.63 be recognized as a public utility, after filing the annual statement of children in the activity reports and annual accounts, accompanied by proof Autonomous Official Gazette, as requested publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part IV

Art.64 All disputes relating to this statute or izvora as a result of applying the provisions thereof shall be settled amicably. Otherwise, they will be by the court whose radius judecatorestipe Territorial Organization was established.

Art.65 The provisions of this statute shall be supplemented by mandatory legal rules contained in legislation and the provisions stipulated in the Rules of Organization and Operation.
